Digital Printing

Our Roland SC-545-EX solvent printers are capable of printing hi-quality images up to 1400 dpi on a variety of substrates including vinyl banner, pressure sensitive vinyl, backlit polyester, vehicle decals, static cling, coated paper and canvas.  These machines also have the capability to digitally cut decals after printing into any shape imaginable.  We use these printers for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, posters, corrugated plastic signs,  point of purchase displays, floor graphics, and more.  Utilizing solvent inks, these prints are durable outdoors for up to 3 years without lamination and up to 7 years with lamination.

We also have a Teckwin 120” solvent printer for large vinyl prints. We use the Teckwin to produce low cost outdoor banners, mesh banners, pole banners, tent banners, translucent banners (flexfaces)  and backdrops.  Need bigger than 10 feet?  Our finishing department can precisely seam panels together to make your finished banners as large as you need them.  Need 40 foot by 100 foot? We can do it!
